As a mother of three sons and director of a family-owned construction company, I faced anxiety and tried to transform my greatest ordeal into an opportunity for personal growth and artistic expression. I felt a deep calling to help others with similar problems and poured everything I had into a sincere personal confession in the form of a book.
A person is like a cup. They pour their whole life into it, but if they do not empty it from time to time, it eventually overflows. Then, all it takes is one more drop for everything to spill over. And once it does, it is very difficult to put it back in.
Fill your cup of life with love!
Above all, fill it with self-love.
Since truth is the highest form of religion, I believe that this book has the power to expand the field of synchronicity and resonate strongly with its readers. At any given moment, a kind of simultaneity occurs between the book and its reader, who finds himself in a field of energy that opens up new possible paths. In the illusory world we have created, we can relate directly and indirectly with the contents of this book. If only we lived in the sincere spirit governed by natural (cosmic) laws, our plights would be much easier. But as it happens, we are in dire need of guides like Tatjana. I bow deeply to the life she describes in her book.
This book is exceptional and has the power to help a great number of people. It is a bold step towards destigmatising anxiety, which is still considered something worth condemning. But it should not be. Practically every one of us has been anxious at one point. Almost 75% of people experience a panic attack at least once in their life. This matter needs to be discussed in order to alleviate the suffering of others and cut their unpleasant journey short. We create our reality by choosing limits, so what if we really just need to muster the courage to choose different options?
I gulped up your Cup of Life in one afternoon. I was moved by your sincere confession and above all your courage. Not only do you invite us into the deepest parts of your mind, you know how to connect your realisations so beautifully into a readable and very compelling story. I believe the story will help many find themselves and encourage people who still suffer inwardly to finally open up. You are their messenger and the light at the end of the tunnel. Perhaps your ordeal really was worth it.
“You’re not alone. You’re not the only one. You’re not weird. You are no less worthy because you have an anxiety disorder.” I felt this to be the strongest message of Tatjana’s book. A message that will help many lost souls, wandering about filled with doubts and fears, not knowing how to move on and live as themselves. Tatiana’s courage to reveal herself in such a personal confession is in itself worthy of utmost respect. It is only from a state of absolute vulnerability can one inspire others to make a positive change for themselves.
