Description

THE JUG OF LOVE is a deeply moving and honest testimonial of the eruption of repressed trauma, the struggle to confront it, a midlife marital crisis, physical pain, loss of meaning and self, the early stages of depression, post-traumatic symptoms, and the fight for survival. In this book, I speak without filters, openly describing my therapy sessions, the dialogues, the methods, and the books that helped me uncover every layer of abuse in my life. I share a firsthand experience of trauma, its effects, and consequences, intertwining personal insights with theoretical knowledge. At the same time, I explore the shift to higher awareness, my soul’s purpose, alternative dimensions of existence, and the journey from darkness to light—from victimhood to infinite Love, the force beyond us, the only power capable of saving our chaotic world from destruction.

This is why I know that my book breaks taboos, opens suppressed wounds and the roots of our fears and anxieties, unveils the hidden dynamics of our relationships—including the one with ourselves. It heals the inner child and shows the path to light, a hope for a better future for generations to come. Because healing personal trauma does more than awaken the individual—it heals the family lineage and contributes to the collective healing of humanity.

Trauma

We all carry small or significant traumatic experiences that we have pushed into oblivion. But even if our mind has forgotten them, our physical body has not. They are stored deep within our cellular memory, where they lie dormant as pain cores. They remain asleep until the right trigger awakens them. And when that moment comes, Pandora’s box opens, sending us on a journey to uncover the raw truth of our existence.

Anxiety

I now understand that anxiety is a natural response of the body to abnormal childhood experiences—experiences that are often overlooked, both by professionals and individuals. A traumatic experience reshapes a person, pushing them into fear, anxiety, and dissociation. That is why searching for external solutions to heal anxiety is in vain; at some point, we must look within ourselves to uncover the roots of our fears.

My Story

The cards of my life were completely reshuffled when the right trigger demanded an inevitable glimpse into my subconscious. Opening the hidden parts of my repressed shadow is a deep and slow process, and the realisations buried in its depths are almost unimaginable. Yet, in my greatest vulnerability—something I had felt my entire life—I found my true self.

Gather the courage to read The Jug of Love and the sincerity to let The Jug of Love read you.
