Description

During my journey of healing anxiety, I felt an intense calling from my soul—a need to share all my experiences, knowledge, intimate emotions, books, and methods that helped me break free from the grip of ANXIETY. And so, THE CUP OF LIFE, was born—an honest and deeply personal testimonial of a woman living with anxiety. A book that has given many people the courage to speak up, to let go of shame, and to take action toward healing. Even within professional circles, The Cup of Life has been recognized among psychotherapists in Slovenia as one of the best books on overcoming anxiety.

I never suspected that the roots of my anxiety lay in a deeply forgotten childhood TRAUMA. Thus, as a continuation of my first book THE JUG OF LOVEwas born—a profound exploration of the subconscious mind, the traumatic imprints stored within it, the therapeutic process, and the healing of old wounds. As described in the foreword, this is: the story of a woman in many roles; the story of a woman healing her physical body; the story of a woman who, out of deep love for her husband, courageously examines their relationship; the story of a woman abandoned by nearly everyone who couldn’t understand the eruption of her trauma; the story of a mother determined to break the cycle of inherited family trauma; the story of a woman healing her family tree, transcending her own ego, and asking: »Who is Tatjana without anxiety and trauma?« And in that question, she finds her mission once again—to raise awareness about soul wounds, to cultivate empathy for the vulnerable, to heal emotional blockages, and to elevate the consciousness of both individuals and society.
